The standard conference package per person includes:

• Two Nights / Three Days Accommodation on twin sharing basis at the The Grand Hyatt, Goa
• One day Conference program - speakers, awards, teambuilding events, networking, industry updates & education sessions
• Meals - Two breakfasts, two lunch, two tea/coffee breaks, welcome dinner and the Gala Dinner

The standard conference package per person does not include:

• Airfare
• Transfers
• Early check-in or late check-out fees
• Any extras (mini bar, in-room services, spa etc.)

*Note:

• The registration form needs to be filled out per attendee
• Cancellation deadline is 5th July after which no refund is possible
• Name change is allowed till 15th July
